Our friend’s eight-year old is in the recovery unit at St. Jude. She had four tumors removed from her lungs, one of ten surgeries resulting from what was once a rare form of pituitary gland cancer. Her medical bills, had she been billed, would now be well into the $3+ million (MILLION) dollar range.
I know some of you are pissed at Komen and are looking for an outlet for your loose change, so I wanted to let you know that St. Jude is fucking amazing at fucking cancer in the fucking ass. Not to mention, they do it all out of pocket. It costs around $1.8 million dollars just to open their doors every morning, so feel free to throw some love their way.
